Jack-tip

- 2lbs Tri-Tip shopping list
- 1/2 cup jack daniels shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves (i use a garlic press) shopping list
- juice from 2 oranges shopping list
- 1 T brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 fresh jalapeno (take out seeds and put in food processor with cilantro, and grind it up) shopping list
- 2 T balsalmic vinegar shopping list
- 1 t dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- I like to put it all in a food processor
- except the meat
- blend it all together
- put meat in a big plastic storage bag
- then all the fixns on top.
- let sit over night (or as long as you can)
- before you move to grill, cover meat with lots an lots of spices, be creative, i use just about every spice i have in the house ; )
- throw on hot grill about 2 minutes each side to sear, then move on in-direct heat for hour and a half to two depending on how you like it
- take off grill , let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into.
- slice it up, drink some jack, let everyone around you tell you how great you are and that you should open a bar and grill someday!!!
