  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (i use a garlic press)
  • juice from 2 oranges
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 fresh jalapeno (take out seeds and put in food processor with cilantro, and grind it up)
  • 2 T balsalmic vinegar
  • 1 t dry mustard

Directions
  1. I like to put it all in a food processor
  2. except the meat
  3. blend it all together
  4. put meat in a big plastic storage bag
  5. then all the fixns on top.
  6. let sit over night (or as long as you can)
  7. before you move to grill, cover meat with lots an lots of spices, be creative, i use just about every spice i have in the house ; )
  8. throw on hot grill about 2 minutes each side to sear, then move on in-direct heat for hour and a half to two depending on how you like it
  9. take off grill , let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into.
  10. slice it up, drink some jack, let everyone around you tell you how great you are and that you should open a bar and grill someday!!!
