Apple Smoothie For The Green Giant Recipe

Ingredients

4 Medium Apples or (12oz) of Apple Juice if you do not have a juicer

1 scoop of Perfect Food, Super Green Formular

2 oz 6rgaNIC SILKEN TOFU

Directions

Juice the 4 apples (12oz) transfer the apple juice to a blender.

Add 1 scoop of the Perfect Food Super Green Formula and blend for 30 seconds Add 2 ounces of silken tofu and blend for 1 minute.

Serve in a chilled16oz glass.

The one I have now has a wide enough mouth to take whole, Apples. It cleans up easily with water and a brush. What I love about it is that I get double use from it. All the ground up pulp is recycled. I feed most of it to my pet worms and they turn it into worm poop,for the garden oddly enough it does not stink;. Some I send to the compost pile in the summer and the carrot pulp is used in muffin recipes.

My juicer is the Jack LaLanns Power Juicer.
