Apple Smoothie For The Green Giant Recipe

How to make it

  • Juice the 4 apples (12oz) transfer the apple juice to a blender.
  • Add 1 scoop of the Perfect Food Super Green Formula and blend for 30 seconds Add 2 ounces of silken tofu and blend for 1 minute.
  • Serve in a chilled16oz glass.

    Great recipe - healthy and tasty. You get a high 5 from me, Michael hon. But I must also add...that your photo is stunning. I love the composition and the light/shadows are just beautiful. I love it!

    Great post and presentation all the way around. I tried to give you another 5 for the photo...but it wouldn't let me. I did flag it as beautiful, however.

    Maybe there is a reason Jack LaLann is nearing 100 and going strong. I too, need a juicer if only so I can drink drinks like this one. I love how you can get compost and muffin ingredients too!

    I am on my second one, My first one was small and loud , you needed a lot of prep work.

    The one I have now has a wide enough mouth to take whole, Apples. It cleans up easily with water and a brush. What I love about it is that I get double use from it. All the ground up pulp is recycled. I feed most of it to my pet worms and they turn it into worm poop,for the garden oddly enough it does not stink;. Some I send to the compost pile in the summer and the carrot pulp is used in muffin recipes.

    My juicer is the Jack LaLanns Power Juicer.
