Pulled from Mom's recipe files, she could have gotten it from Jimmy Dean or from Hidden Valley Ranch, her handwritten card doesn't give any credit. These are so delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 miniature mini muffin tins-sprayed with cooking spray shopping list
- 1 lbs. of ground turkey sausage, browned and crumbled. shopping list
- make a package of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing/use one cup for this recipe shopping list
- 1 green pepper diced quite small shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, diced quite small shopping list
- 1 1/2 monterey jack shopping list
- 1 1/2 sharp white cheddar shopping list
- wonton skins shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray miniature muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Press a wonton skin in each cup.
- Bake unfilled for 5 to 7 minutes.
- While they bake, mix the cooked sausage, cheese, onion and ranch dressing.
- Press filling into baked wonton skins.
- Bake until very hot and bubbly about 10 minutes.
