Pulled from Mom's recipe files, she could have gotten it from Jimmy Dean or from Hidden Valley Ranch, her handwritten card doesn't give any credit. These are so delicious.

Ingredients
- 3 miniature mini muffin tins-sprayed with cooking spray
- 1 lbs. of ground turkey sausage, browned and crumbled.
- make a package of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing/use one cup for this recipe
- 1 green pepper diced quite small
- 1/2 red onion, diced quite small
- 1 1/2 monterey jack
- 1 1/2 sharp white cheddar
- wonton skins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray miniature muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Press a wonton skin in each cup.
- Bake unfilled for 5 to 7 minutes.
- While they bake, mix the cooked sausage, cheese, onion and ranch dressing.
- Press filling into baked wonton skins.
- Bake until very hot and bubbly about 10 minutes.

I bet you could make these ahead of time and freeze them and then just heat them in the oven before your guests arrive. Thanks for the post...I will try these as an app for Easter!
