How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray miniature muffin tins with cooking spray.
  • Press a wonton skin in each cup.
  • Bake unfilled for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • While they bake, mix the cooked sausage, cheese, onion and ranch dressing.
  • Press filling into baked wonton skins.
  • Bake until very hot and bubbly about 10 minutes.

    I bet you could make these ahead of time and freeze them and then just heat them in the oven before your guests arrive. Thanks for the post...I will try these as an app for Easter!
