	zesty spam cheese spread baked on a cracker

Ingredients

1 can of SPAM, finely chopped

1/3 cup shredded velveeta

1/4 cup chopped celery(chop fine)

1/4 cup mayonaise

1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce(more if ya want!)

1 box of your favorite crackers

Directions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except crackers.

Spread mixture on crackers.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted
