The great thing about it is that you can change it up with whatever you want -- ham or sausages, onions, tomatoes, pepper --! And kids love it!!

I do something similar only I use leftover Italian bread. I add whatever ingredients that would go into a 'must go' omelet. 'Must go' means that if it doesn't get eaten, it MUST GO into the bag for the next trip to the garbage can. Thanks for your visit...hope you enjoy the soup!
