Polish Sloppy Joes

- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 (32 ounce) jar sauerkraut with caraway seed shopping list
- 1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1 stalk celery, chopped shopping list
- 1 large onion, diced shopping list
- pinch salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Crumble the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until no longer pink. Pour in the sauerkraut and chicken broth and add the green pepper, celery and onion. Simmer for at least 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve on a good hard or Kaiser roll.
