This pound cake is really good, it's so soft and moist. very good with a cup of coffee or tea, anytime.I had french chestnut puree so I decided to use it and it came out very good.

I added this to some groups and added some tags also. In France, this is called quatre-quarts (four quarters) because, as for our recipe in English, the four main ingredients are supposed to be of equal weights.
