Nice garlic Sauce it is nice and creamy from the mashed potatoes the lemon enhances it well.

This was great with super flavors. I'm going to be honest I used instant mashed potatoes (I keep them in the house for when my hubby cooks) and used them because I had forgotten to buy any potatoes. It was still great! I used it to dip my bread in too. I don't think my hubby will be kissing me any time soon. LOL

I made this sauce tonight to go with your Lebanese Chicken - oh MY goodness. The whole meal rocked....and I doubled this Garlic Sauce recipe because....I could....and...because I love a good garlic sauce (and this recipe is stellar)...and because I wanted to use this throughout the week. Adding a pic from my Razr. It's not the greatest, but kind of shows the wonderful texture of this sauce. Make it peeps - this is the best!
