Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat over to 400.
  • Mix butter, cheese, flour, salt and cayenne well. Add rice krispies. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 min.
  • This is much easier to do using spreadable cheese. I used grated chedder and it needed to be melted a number of times and I still struggled to get it to mix well. I ended up mixing it with my hands like meatloaf - be careful if you do this, the cheese is HOT.

These make a wonderful addition as a side for a tomato soup.
