Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, add asparagus and cook until crisp tender, about 3 minutes
  • Transfer to bowl of ice water with slotted spoon
  • Cool and drain asparagus
  • Add pasta to same pot of boiling water and cook according to package directions.
  • 2 minutes before pasta is done , add snap peas to boiling water
  • Add asparagus to heat through
  • Drain well
  • Return to pot and add olive oil to coat
  • Add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • Season with salt and pepper

    Never been crazy for sugar snaps, but I must say I love everything else about the recipe. Think I'll try it without the snaps. Great recipe, thanks for sharing.
