Cassanovas Nightcap

- 1 cup peeled and finely cut carrot shopping list
- 1 cup rinsed soya beans shopping list
- 2 dried small whole ginseng roots - rinsed shopping list
- 8 cups water shopping list
- 1 tsp salt (optional) shopping list
- 1/2 a tsp sugar (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Put everything except salt and sugar into a pot and bring to the boil.
- Lower heat immediately to minimum, put lid on and simmer very very gently for 3 hrs.
- Add salt and sugar if desired, though the soup is quite tasty as it is. Stir then turn off heat.
- Drink one rice bowl full of the liquid before bed, for 5 consecutive nights to overcome severe fatigue and hasten healing from injuries.
- Drink 3 times a week, preferably at night, for other purposes *ahem*

You split my sides. I like the sound of this for healing purposes...but honestly the word aphrodisiac caught my attention.
