Ingredients

1 (3pound) Sirloin Steak( sit out ,until the steak is no longer cold)

1 (12oz) Can of good Beer

1/2 cup Chili Sauce

1/4 cup Oil

1/8 teaspoon Liquid Smoke

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Dijon-Style Mustard

1/2 teaspoon Hot Sauce

1/2 Cup Onion,Chopped

2 Cloves of Garlic,Crushed

Directions

Combine:

Beer,Chili Sauce,Oil Liquid Smoke,Soy Sauce,Dijon Mustard,Hot Sauce,Onion, Garlic.

Simmer for 30 minutes.

Brush steak with sauce and grill about 15 minutes each side

Salt and Pepper

Serve with sauce.

Enjoy
