Beef N Blue Stovetop Casserole

- vegetable oil spray shopping list
- 1.5 lbs lean ground beef shopping list
- 2 T worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 T chopped garlic shopping list
- seasoned Salt shopping list
- garlic pepper shopping list
- 3 medium onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups red potatoes, diced shopping list
- 8 ounces button mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 c beef broth (or water) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled shopping list
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup snipped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Remove from the heat and lightly spray with vegetable oil spray (being careful not to spray near a gas flame).
- Cook the beef with the onion, garlic, seasoned salt, garlic pepper and worcestershire, until no longer pink in the center, stirring occasionally to turn and break up the beef.
- Drain well. Set aside.
- Wipe the Dutch oven with a paper towel.
- Lightly spray with vegetable oil spray.
- Stir in the potatoes, mushrooms, broth, oregano.
- Increase the heat to high.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the heat.
- Stir in the beef and the remaining ingredients.
- Let stand for 2 minutes to absorb flavors.
