How to make it

  • Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • Remove from the heat and lightly spray with vegetable oil spray (being careful not to spray near a gas flame).
  • Cook the beef with the onion, garlic, seasoned salt, garlic pepper and worcestershire, until no longer pink in the center, stirring occasionally to turn and break up the beef.
  • Drain well. Set aside.
  • Wipe the Dutch oven with a paper towel.
  • Lightly spray with vegetable oil spray.
  • Stir in the potatoes, mushrooms, broth, oregano.
  • Increase the heat to high.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Stir in the beef and the remaining ingredients.
  • Let stand for 2 minutes to absorb flavors.

    Unfortunately, I'm the only one in the house who likes blue cheese:( But change it to feta and I think we have a winner! I will definitely be trying this one.
