Dog Biscuits Really Good Ones Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3oz bran
  • 8oz wholemeal flour
  • 4oz oil (soya, sunflower or olive)
  • 2oz sunflower seeds, shelled
  • 3oz oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 8oz milk or water
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2oz dried coconut

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300F, 150C or Gas Mark 2
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
  3. Roll out on a floured board to the thickness you require for your type of dog
  4. Cut into rectangles, or cut out shapes with cookie cutters
  5. Place on a very lightly oiled cookie sheet , or bake on baking parchment
  6. Bake slowly until fairly hard
  7. Leave uncovered on plate or cooling rack overnight to help harden the biscuits
