How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300F, 150C or Gas Mark 2
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
  • Roll out on a floured board to the thickness you require for your type of dog
  • Cut into rectangles, or cut out shapes with cookie cutters
  • Place on a very lightly oiled cookie sheet , or bake on baking parchment
  • Bake slowly until fairly hard
  • Leave uncovered on plate or cooling rack overnight to help harden the biscuits
