No-bake Fruit Flourledss Pie Crust

- 1. 1/3 cup sunflower seeds shopping list
- 2. 1/2 cup sesame seeds shopping list
- 3. 1/3 cup almonds shopping list
- 4. 1/3 cup unsweetened flaked coconut shopping list
- 5. 3/4 cup raisins shopping list
- 6. 1 cup dried dates, pitted shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Grind the seeds, nuts & coconut to a fine meal in a food processor.
- 2. Add the raisins & dates & process to a ball.
- 3. When pressing the mixture into a 9 1/2 inch, deep dish pie plate, the crust should be about 1/4? thick. Flute the edges & the crust is ready to fill.

Fantastic idea shirley! So easy, healthy and great for those who cant have sugar. I love my sugar (me bad, sooooo bad lol) but I think I will try this just to see how it would work and taste as a pie crust. Thanks for posting :)
