Fudge Brownie Pie with Hot Fudge Sauce

This is Hershey's recipe...Its wonderful to serve guests or family.. Its easy to make but taste delicious. Give it a try...
Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup unsifted all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- ice cream shopping list
- Hot fudge sauce shopping list
- hot fudge Sauce: shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk (5 oz) shopping list
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs in small mixer bowl; blend in sugar and melted butter.
- Combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to butter mixture.
- Stir in vanilla and nuts.
- Pour into lightly greased 8 inch pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set (pie will not test done)
- Cool; cut into wedges.
- Serve topped with vanilla ice cream and Hot fudge Sauce.
- Hot Fudge Sauce:
- Combine sugar and cocoa in small saucepan; blend in evaporated milk and corn syrup.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boil.
- Boil and stir 1 minute.
- Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
- Serve warm .
