How to make it
- When beans are partly done, add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon mustard.
- Cook until tender, drain, place in greased casserole dish.
- Add sour cream, syrup, remaining salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Pour over lima beans, place bacon on top and bake about 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
