Baked Lima Beans In Sour Cream Recipe

This is a real old recipe I found a long time ago....

Ingredients
- 2 cups dried lima beans (you could use can or frozen ones)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 strips bacon
Directions
- When beans are partly done, add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon mustard.
- Cook until tender, drain, place in greased casserole dish.
- Add sour cream, syrup, remaining salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Pour over lima beans, place bacon on top and bake about 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
