Peas A La Paysanne Recipe

Peas A La Paysanne Recipe
This is a really tasty and easy recipe, particularly for fresh peas (which I love to eat right out of the pod). It’s from an old (1963) French cookbook I’ve had for years entitled “French Cooking for Everyone” by Alfred Guerot.

Oh yummm. I love peas but have to be careful because I have gout, but just a little won't hurt! Theses look delicious. Thanks for the post

Thanks Conner! I'm planning a french dinner for a friend's birthday soon, maybe this will work with the rest of my menu.
Thanks, Denise
