Omega 3 Blast Smoothie Recipe
This smoothie is a part of my breakfast every morning. Experiment with the frozen fruits and mix it up!!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (or flaxseed oil)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed fruit (I like pineapple, banana and strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla (or plain) rice milk

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high!
