Yes Marky, your recipe would make me very late, one just leads to two, leads to three........
Thank you!

Fantastic recipe - can't wait to try it out. Thanks so much!

I'm trying this out tomorrow! It does sound delicious so went out and bought some bloody mary mix and vodka. I'll rate when I've tasted it, but I can bet it will be a 5!!

Yessireeee! Rated at a 5! Wow! Who would have thought to use bloody mary mix and vodka and it tastes so wonderful! My husband was very impressed. Especially because I never make gravy and I did and it was excellent. Will be making this when we have company, for sure!

PS Can anyone tell me how one gets the numbers changed by their name? Mine keeps changing and I'm just curious.

Now, what do I want to try this week? I think I'm going to get a deep fryer and try making my Dad's beer batter and fry some fish. Tomorrow I'm making Gramma Elsie's baked beans (from scratch).

I made this for about 10 guys for our American Idol finale pot-luck. It was a huge hit with most every one going back for seconds. I changed a couple of things - I made it in the crock pot and cooked all day. The meat fell apart and was great over rice. Also, because I like an olive with my Bloody Mary, I added a jar of pitted, green olives to the recipe. I will use this again! Thanks!

This really sounds great. I'm going to try it with my own Bloody Mary mix (based on my Easy Chipotle Sauce). I will probably substitute Pick-a-Pepper for Worcestershire and use the markeverett's olive idea as well.
