Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream

How can anybody resist a bowl of Chocolate Oreo ice cream? Get out your ice cream freezer!
Ingredients
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 14 oz can sweetened, condensed milk shopping list
- 1 quart half-n-half shopping list
- 1 pint whipping cream shopping list
- 8 Tbsp cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 20 oz package Oreo cookies, crushed shopping list
- milk shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs until thick, using electric hand mixer
- Add the sugar and beat until creamy, 10-15 minutes
- Mix in condensed milk, half-n-half, cream and cocoa powder. Mix well until cocoa powder is dissolved and blended completely
- Fold in crushed cookies
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream freezer and finish filling the container with milk
- Continue according to freezer directions
