Ingredients

4 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped

1 can (4 1/2 oz.) UNDERWOOD deviled ham

6 tbsp. mayonnaise

1/2 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

2 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 Tablespoons dill pickle relish

Crackers, chips, veggies for dipping

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine everything, using a sturdy fork to mix well.

Place into a serving container and chill until about 30 minutes before serving.

Serving suggestions: Allow to come to room temp before serving with veggies, crackers, tortilla chips, etc. Makes a great sandwich spread as well. Stuff into deviled eggs, celery.

*Note* If using for picnic lunch spread on bread, be sure to pack well with chiller-cubes to ensure food safety. Follow full food-safety rules if used in catering capacity.
