Ingredients

How to make it

  • Grease a baking tray.
  • Put the butter, sugar, cocoa and milk in a saucepan.
  • Stir on medium heat until mixture starts boiling.
  • Put on low heat and leave to boil exactly 5 minutes.
  • Take saucepan off the heat.
  • Stir in the oits, coconut and vanilla.
  • Form balls with 2 teaspoons with the mixture.
  • Place on baking tray.
  • Put in fridge to set.
  • Enjoy!

    How much fun is that! definitely worth a 5, let them know they did a great job, and you did to for letting them in the kitchen, it's so important for children to feel comfortable around the kitchen, that way when they are on their own, it's not something foreign to them. I know my son will love these, he is 10 too ^_^
