  • Melt chips and condensed milk together until chips are totally melted (about 3 or 4 minutes in Microwave).
  • Still in nuts and marshmallows until well mixed together.
  • Pour into buttered 9x13 pan and refrigerate about and hour.
  • cut into squares.
