Shrimp Wrapped In Bacon Recipe

Something a little different to serve. Elegant shrimp bites pleasantly flavored wit bacon,basil,goat cheese and barbecue sauce.

Ingredients
- 10 bacon strips
- 20 large,fresh basil leaves
- 20 uncooked medium shrimp,peeled and deveined
- 1/4c barbecue sauce
- 1/2c finely crumbled goat cheese
Directions
- Cut each bacon strip in half widthwise;set aside. Wrap a basil leaf around each shrimp. Wrap a piece of bacon around each;secure with wooden toothpicks
- Place a foil lined 15x10x1" baking pan. Bake at 375 for 14-16 mins. or till bacon is crisp.
- Brush with barbecue sauce;sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2-4 mins. longer or till heated through.

My company raved and raved about the shrimp...it taste wonderful!!! I did use large shrimp!!! I gave it a 5 but if I could have I'd give it 15 more points from Hubby and the other couple!!!!
