Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise, leaving the stems intact*
  • Remove seeds and veins
  • Rinse halves, drain on paper towels
  • In bowl, mix softened cream cheese and all ingredients except bacon
  • Spoon cream cheese mixture in pepper halves, mounding slightly
  • Wrap bacon piece around each, overlapping on *top*
  • Secure bacon with toothpick
  • Place on a sprayed foil-lined baking sheet
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp
  • May also grill
  • *USE GLOVES WHEN PREPARING THE PEPPERS
