- 1 LB ground beef LIGHTLY BROWNED shopping list
- 2 TBLSPN MINCED onion shopping list
- 3/4 TSPN seasonED SALT shopping list
- 2 8 OZ CANS tomato sauce shopping list
- 4 CUPS TACO FLAVORED tortilla chips shopping list
- 2 CUPS SHREDDED cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- MIX TOGETHER BEEF, ONION, SEASONED SALT AND TOMATO SAUCE
- SIMMER 5 MINUTES
- PUT 3 CUPS TORTILLA CHIPS IN 2 QUART CASSEROLE
- SPRINKLE WITH 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE
- POUR MEAT SAUCE OVER CHEESE
- TOP WUTH REMAINING CHEESE
- SPRINKLE REMAINING CHIPS OVER TOP
- BAKE 15 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES
- GARNISH WITH RIPE OLIVES IF YOU WISH
- IF YOU WANT ADD HOT SAUCE OR TABASCO TO MEAT MIXTURE TO KICK IT UP
