Ingredients
  • 1 LB GROUND BEEF LIGHTLY BROWNED
  • 2 TBLSPN MINCED ONION
  • 3/4 TSPN SEASONED SALT
  • 2 8 OZ CANS TOMATO SAUCE
  • 4 CUPS TACO FLAVORED TORTILLA CHIPS
  • 2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

Directions
  1. MIX TOGETHER BEEF, ONION, SEASONED SALT AND TOMATO SAUCE
  2. SIMMER 5 MINUTES
  3. PUT 3 CUPS TORTILLA CHIPS IN 2 QUART CASSEROLE
  4. SPRINKLE WITH 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE
  5. POUR MEAT SAUCE OVER CHEESE
  6. TOP WUTH REMAINING CHEESE
  7. SPRINKLE REMAINING CHIPS OVER TOP
  8. BAKE 15 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES
  9. GARNISH WITH RIPE OLIVES IF YOU WISH
  10. IF YOU WANT ADD HOT SAUCE OR TABASCO TO MEAT MIXTURE TO KICK IT UP
