How to make it

  • Cube the feta cheese or use crumbled feta
  • quarter the cherry tomatoes
  • slice the green olives
  • chop the green onions
  • chop the basil
  • Mix together in a bowl
  • Add the olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • It is best to let it sit for at least 15 minutes to an hour if you can wait that long.

    sounds great, I can sneak a Tablespoon of basil out of my pot and the plant won't even know it's gone.
