- 10-ounce can chili or chili with beans shopping list
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 10 whole pickled lalapeno peppers shopping list
- 1 can ( 10 biscuits) buttermilk biscuits shopping list
How to make it
- Remove stems from peppers.
- Slice each pepper lengthwise along one side.Do not slice in half.
- Remove seeds from center of each pepper and rinse in cold water.
- Heat chili slightly.
- Stuff each pepper with chili and cheese..
- Wrap biscuit dough around each pepper and secure with a toothpick.
- NOTE... Dough works best if warmed to room temperture and flattened into ablong shape.
- Bake on a greased cookie sheet according to biscuit directions.
- Allow to cool, filling is hot.
