Ingredients

How to make it

  • Remove stems from peppers.
  • Slice each pepper lengthwise along one side.Do not slice in half.
  • Remove seeds from center of each pepper and rinse in cold water.
  • Heat chili slightly.
  • Stuff each pepper with chili and cheese..
  • Wrap biscuit dough around each pepper and secure with a toothpick.
  • NOTE... Dough works best if warmed to room temperture and flattened into ablong shape.
  • Bake on a greased cookie sheet according to biscuit directions.
  • Allow to cool, filling is hot.
