How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a loaf pan.
  • Combine flours, baking powder, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  • Seperately, combine the remaining ingredients.
  • Add the wet mix to the dry ingredients and blend just to combine. Do not over-mix.
  • Pour into pan and bake 40 minutes, or until it tests done.
  • Cool 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack and cooling completely.

    I like your healthy recipes a lot and have tried a few and I enjoyed all the ones that I have tried. This is another that I will try and since it has only 15.4 carbs in it, I can have some! I am allowed 60 grams of carbs a day right now, for 2 months. Something my Doctor is trying with me for my Multple Sclerosis.I THANK YOU!
