An easy way to fix a roast

Ingredients
- 1 (3-5 lb) roast
- 1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
- 1 12oz. can Pepsi
Directions
- Place roast in crock pot and top with the dry onion soup mix.
- Mix together the cream of mushroom soup and the Pepsi and pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on low heat 8 - 10 hours, or high heat 5 hours.

Unfortunatly my hubby HATES pot roast and it's one of my faves. However I always make lots and turn it into beef stroganoff the next day which he loves! I'll give this a try maybe since there is soda in it he'll like the roast better!
