Break these into pieces and use as a topping for green salads or soups. I have also broke them into larger pieces to serve with a salad or soup on the side. I just used a 1 as serving size. This makes makes one 8-inch cheese crisp.

I love these, they are so easy to make as well. I really like how you have made them out of Gruyere and parmesan cheese. Much more elegant than mine. I have made mine out of cheddar and monteray jack. A big 5 from me.
