Great Groovy Grand Green Salad Recipe

A great side dish for barbeques or meat. Wonderful by itself or with other salads or side dishes . Makes a great hors-de-ouvre. Great for Weightwatchers or for people who are trying to cut out mayonaisse

- 1/4 coarsely chopped lettuce
- 2 thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 package chopped dill
- 3 cloves chopped garlic. (Yes, You read it right)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup Orange juice
- 1 tbs sugar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together!! THAT'S IT
- Options: If a few raisins or chopped nuts happen to fall in by mistake, Leave em; there
- Serving suggestion: Spread out some whole lettuce leaves to cover sides of serving plate or dish and put salad on top

The mixture of Lemonjuice, Orangejuice, & Sugar can also be poured over cabbage and carrot salad instead of Mayonnaise
