Cheesey, peppery dip that is great with tortilla or corn chips, crackers or veggies.

Ingredients
  • 1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 8-oz. sour cream
  • 8-oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with crackers.
