Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 500 degrees.
  • Unwrap crust.
  • Arrange slices of provolone cheese in a single layer on crust; top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Place crust directly on middle oven rack.
  • Bake for 5 minutes.
  • While crust is in oven, toss salad, onion, tomato and salad dressing.
  • Remove crust from oven.
  • Immediately top with tossed salad.
  • Cut into wedges to serve.
  • Only 299 calories, 25 mg. cholesterol!

    At our local pizzaria our favorite is the one topped with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh arugula. I think your recipe sounds great with the fresh veggies on top. I'm marking it and will let you know when we try it.
