Stuffed Baby Sweet Peppers

- 1 pound sweet baby peppers (I had mixed colors) shopping list
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 4 oz shredded pepper jack cheese shopping list
- 2-3 garlic cloves, sliced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Wash, halve and remove stems and cores from peppers, set on a baking sheet.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor, mix until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of filling in each pepper half.
- Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes.
