Get a nice bottle...*wink* I like to keep the garlic in the bottle myself! I love this stuff!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, sliced thin
Directions
- Heat EVOO in a small sauce pan.
- When EVOO is warm remove from heat and add sliced garlic.
- Let sit until cool.
- Discard garlic and strain EVOO if necessary.
- The put in a nice bottle, and use in cooking, drizzle on salads, etc!
