Artichoke Appetizer Squares Recipe

Ingredients

1 can artichoke hearts (reserve half of juice)

Mash, balance together, and add:

1/2 small onion, chopped

5 ounces grated Monterey Jack cheese

2 eggs, well-beaten

1/2 clove chopped garlic

1/4 cup bread crumbs

Tabasco sauce, about 1 to 2 drops

Salt and pepper, to taste

Reserve half of juice from can (as above)

1 box of Triscuits

Directions

Line a baking pan with your favorite flavor of Triscuits (sundried tomato or roasted garlic works well)

Mix all remaining ingredients together

Spoon mixture on top of triscuits

Broil until warm and serve
