Artichoke Appetizer Squares

Always a big hit!
Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts (reserve half of juice) shopping list
- Mash, balance together, and add: shopping list
- 1/2 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 5 ounces grated monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs, well-beaten shopping list
- 1/2 clove chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- Tabasco sauce, about 1 to 2 drops shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- Reserve half of juice from can (as above) shopping list
- 1 box of Triscuits shopping list
How to make it
- Line a baking pan with your favorite flavor of Triscuits (sundried tomato or roasted garlic works well)
- Mix all remaining ingredients together
- Spoon mixture on top of triscuits
- Broil until warm and serve

Love artichokes of any kind and this is a must try bet this would be inside of a hollowed out sour dough round - what do you think????
