Unbaked Caramel Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups sugar

3/4 cup butter

3/4 cup evaporated milk

1 4oz package of INSTANT butterscotch pudding mix

3 1/2 cups quick oats

Directions

Combine sugar, butter and milk in large heavy saucepan, bring to a Boil, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat and add pudding mix and oats. Mix well, cool for 15 minutes.

Drop from teaspoon onto wax paper
