Oreo And Cheesecake Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. cream cheese (room temperature, 8 oz.)

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cup heavy whipping cream

20 Oreos

Directions

Spray ice cube trays or whatever mold you want to use with cooking spray

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth

On low speed, slowly pour heavy cream and mix

Put bowl in freezer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick, but pourable

Chop 10 Oreos

Put remaining Oreos in food processor and pulse until fine crumbs Put chopped Oreos in ice cube trays

Pour in cheesecake mix

Put Popsicle sticks into mix

Put in freezer for 3 to 4 hours

Unmold popsicles and roll in Oreo crumbs

*Serving size depends on how many one can eat*
