Oreo And Cheesecake Popsicles

Love Cheesecake...Love Oreos...Love the combo
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (room temperature, 8 oz.) shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 cup heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 20 Oreos shopping list
How to make it
- Spray ice cube trays or whatever mold you want to use with cooking spray
- In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth
- On low speed, slowly pour heavy cream and mix
- Put bowl in freezer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick, but pourable
- Chop 10 Oreos
- Put remaining Oreos in food processor and pulse until fine crumbs Put chopped Oreos in ice cube trays
- Pour in cheesecake mix
- Put Popsicle sticks into mix
- Put in freezer for 3 to 4 hours
- Unmold popsicles and roll in Oreo crumbs
- *Serving size depends on how many one can eat*
