Tri-colored Pepper Crusted Cheese Wheel

The creaminess of cheese and kick of pepper make for a wonderful appetizer
Ingredients
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/3 tsp. of each..parsley, tarragon, and chervil shopping list
- 1 tsp. chives, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed shopping list
- 2-4 tbls. tri-colored pepper, coarsely ground shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, mix Jack cheese, cream cheese, herbs, chives, Worcestershire and garlic
- Shape into ball
- Chill
- Roll in pepper until completely covered
- Wrap and chill
