Tri-colored Pepper Crusted Cheese Wheel Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded

1 pkg. cream cheese, softened

1/3 tsp. of each..parsley, tarragon, and chervil

1 tsp. chives, finely chopped

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic, crushed

2-4 tbls. tri-colored pepper, coarsely ground

Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix Jack cheese, cream cheese, herbs, chives, Worcestershire and garlic

Shape into ball

Chill

Roll in pepper until completely covered

Wrap and chill
