Balsalmic Thyme Grilled Shrimp

- 1 pound deveined peeled medium shrimp (about 40 per pound) shopping list
- 1/2 olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 tsp dried thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh shopping list
- 8 wooden skewers soaked in water shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in zip top bag and marinate 30 to 60 minutes.
- Skewer 5 shrimp per skewer
- Grill over high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side until shrimp have turned a pretty color of pink.
- Serve hot
- For an appetizer serve one skewer per person, for a main course 2 skewers.
