Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place all ingredients in zip top bag and marinate 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Skewer 5 shrimp per skewer
  • Grill over high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side until shrimp have turned a pretty color of pink.
  • Serve hot
  • For an appetizer serve one skewer per person, for a main course 2 skewers.

    REALLY enjoyed these. I love Balsamic and the flavour came through with the shrimp very nicely. Just broiled them this time, but next time I'll grill them for that extra 'smoky' flavour. Lovely recipe. Thanks so much.
