Sounds simple and good. I haven't had a lot of success with pork chops lately. They seem to have no flavor anymore. I might try this.

I just might change my mind about cooking porkchops my "usual" way - in a gravy made from combining cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup. Season and saute chops, layer with onions, pour on soups and bake till very tender. That's good too...but this is different.
