Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine chiles, shallots, garlic, and ginger in a food processor or blender and process to a paste. Add boiling water, and process until well mixed, then add remaining ingredients.
  • Let stand at least 1 hour before serving... overnight is better. This should last about two weeks in the fridge (if not gobbled up before then ;-) )

    Sometimes,if I dont hve fresh chili peppers I use dried red chili flakes.It come out very well.Great recipe here !

    Great sauce. I left out the shallots and fish sauce, and used white wine vinegar instead. Very hot, so use with caution! Great with chicken and rice.
