How to make it

  • Soak Bengal gram atleast an hour
  • wash &drain it completely
  • Grind to coarse texture along with dry chilli,cumin seeds without adding water
  • To this add chopped onions,chopped ginger,asafoetida,curry&coriender leaves,turmeric powder&salt
  • mix to make a crumbly textured dough
  • ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  • Heat oil,roll it like a golf ball and flaten it between your palm&gently drop into the oil
  • Fry both sides in medium flame until it turns golden on all sides
  • drain excess oil by placing them over paper towel&serve hot.
