- 1C Bengal Gram shopping list
- 2 dry chilli shopping list
- Big onion-1-chopped shopping list
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin seeds shopping list
- 2 pinch of turmeric powder shopping list
- curry leaves,coriender leaves-chopped shopping list
- ginger-chopped shopping list
- salt shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- Soak Bengal gram atleast an hour
- wash &drain it completely
- Grind to coarse texture along with dry chilli,cumin seeds without adding water
- To this add chopped onions,chopped ginger,asafoetida,curry&coriender leaves,turmeric powder&salt
- mix to make a crumbly textured dough
- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Heat oil,roll it like a golf ball and flaten it between your palm&gently drop into the oil
- Fry both sides in medium flame until it turns golden on all sides
- drain excess oil by placing them over paper towel&serve hot.
