Tandoori Chicken

- 3 pounds chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C shopping list
- 1 onion, small shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic shopping list
- ginger root, 1/2" piece, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1 teaspoon coriander shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain shopping list
- 1 lemon, juiced shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon numeg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon corriander shopping list

How to make it
- Pierce chicken with a fork. Grind the onion, garlic and ginger together in food processor. Add seasonings and mix thoroughly. Beat the yogurt in a bowl until smooth; blend in the spice paste and lemon juice. Rub the mixture into the chicken and marinate in a resealable plastic bag (with all the air squeezed out) in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- For basting sauce: combine melted butter and the rest of the ingredients & set aside.
- Cook over low heat on grill for approximately 90 minutes or until juices run clear basting with the sauce frequently towards the end.
