Tequila Marinade

Got this from a friend who knows how I feel about tequila...Have used it on flank steak and chicken wings
Ingredients
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained shopping list
- 1/4 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup tequila shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbls. lime juice, fresh shopping list
- 1 tbls. honey shopping list
- 1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. lime zest shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl
- When you remove meat from marinade, take remaining marinade and put in small saucepan
- Bring to boil and let cook for a minute or 2
- Serve over meat

Good Post! Just in time for the weekend. Chicken or pork goes great with Tequilla/honey/lime base marinades. This recipe is simple enough to throw together even after a couple of happy hour Margaritas... I guess I better start now if I want that b...more
