Greek Tomato Salad

Nice,zesty tomato salad with chilies ,feta cheese and olives.
Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes shopping list
- 1-2 green chilis shopping list
- 20 kalamata olives shopping list
- 31/2oz.feta cheese shopping list
- 4Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1Tbs vinegar shopping list
- 1pinch oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp capers,drained shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Wash chilis and cut in thin rings.Dice the olives andfeta. Arrange tomatoes on a lagr plate or bowl. Sprinkle chilis,olives and feta.
- Make vinagrette of oil,vinegar,oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle vinagarette over salad and serve.
