Greek Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

5 tomatoes

1-2 green chilis

20 kalamata olives

31/2oz.feta cheese

4Tbs olive oil

1Tbs vinegar

1pinch oregano 1t capers,drained(optional)

salt and pepper

Directions

wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Wash chilis and cut in thin rings.Dice the olives andfeta. Arrange tomatoes on a lagr plate or bowl. Sprinkle chilis,olives and feta.

Make vinagrette of oil,vinegar,oregano and salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle vinagarette over salad and serve.
