How to make it

  • Whisk all ingredients together.
  • Pour over what is to be marinaded.
  • Best to marinade 24 hours before grilling.
  • Turn meat or vegetables every 2-3 hours
  • This makes 3 cups

    I used this marinade for turkey breast. The flavor was good, however, I found that the sodium was too much for my taste. I would definitely make this again, but skip the seasoning salt and use reduced sodium soy sauce. For garlic lovers, this is a must.
