Just got back from Florida and my brother-in-law caught a Black nose shark. This is how the first-mate told me how to prepare it, and it was beautiful!!!!!

We do catch shark and I never tried marinating in milk. This will be on the menu now to try. Now it's up to Hubby to catch a shark! Thanks

This sounds wonderful! I 1st tried shark maybe 15+ years ago, and would find it at a fish market while visiting our family cabin up in Northern Minnesota. It's been a long time since we've had it, but we talk about it often. I'll have to check out a big fish market in Anchorage to see if they have any. I've read there's shark fishing down south of us, but haven't participated in it. Thanks for the recipe and the cooking buddy invite.

Here in Spain we do eat shark (smaller ones I think) very often as well as the rest of shark´s family, e.g. ray fish, and so on, and I use to fix it marinated too but with different ingredients. I will try this soon. It seems delicious.
If you want to see my recipe go to http://panyvarios.blogspot.com and look for it under "Cocochas de raya" I can translate it for you if interested. You might like it. Regards.
